Looking for friends for the next part of my journey

Hi my name is Mel, I am a 32 year old married mum of 2 from Sussex, have never been a fitness fan & managed to gain 60lbs when pregnant with my daughter (who is now 5) as suffered from SPD which meant I was bed bound for 3 months lost it all then gained another 50lbs back when pregnant with my son (who is 2).

I am now sitting at 146lbs but have finally gained a love for exercise, something I thought would never happen.

I am currently working with a personal trainer with the medium term goals of increasing lean body mass & cutting my %bf from 28% down to below 20%, this means I have cut right back on my cardio sessions & increased weight training to 5 days a week.

I want slender thighs & a perky bum....just like the 'butt' inspirational photo in my profile. I am aiming for feminine but muscular.

I am active on here everyday & am more than happy to motivate & comment of my firends diary's. Please feel free to add me, or send friend requests if you would like to join me on the next part of my journey.
