Fat Total vs Saturated Fat vs Mono Fat

Can someone please help me here. I'm going with 40% Carbs, 30% Fat and 30% Protein. But my Fat levels are too high but it's Monounsaturated Fats not Saturated Fat. The Mono fat is somewhat high because I eat avocado but Mono Fats are good for you for weight loss and in general..
So should I change my 30% Fat to something else.. or what because I don't eat alot of Saturated Fats mainly Mono's.

Hi savroy!
I have the same issue!
It suggests that I should eat 27 grams of saturated fats, but 0 grams of monounsaturated... that seems REALLY wrong to me!
I know I shouldn't eat ANY saturated fats, they contribute to cholesterol, but monounsaturated does the opposite, it actually LOWERS cholesterol!
I also eat avocado, it's probably (usually) the only fat that I eat, except for a little cheese... I don't think I could reduce my fat intake...0 -
You're a female, you need more fats. Leave your fats alone.0
