Ripped in 30

Just watching ripped in 30 for the first time while recuperating from a tummy bug and my are they scary ladies. Seriously fit and muscled up. The blond one is a bit like a natural body builder. I muscle up easily but would like to go for sleek and lean.  Mhm, I bet they are tiny little ladies in height which makes them look like that.  Has any got bulky round the belly, thighs from ripped in 30 or does it leave you tiny, perfectly formed? I liked 30 day shred but it did make my waist wider. Leg results were great. Love it. Experiences with ripped in 30 please.

    Its pretty much the exact same concept as 30DS - the fitness models are just different people! haha

    I doubt RI30 is their only form of exercise, so there are probably multiple factors in why they look the way they do.

    I would think that however your body responded to 30DS would be similar in RI30. Are you eating at a calorie deficit?

    anyways I am curious too so bump!

    There is no way either of these ladies got what the look like now from Ripped in 30..They have been working our for some time before they were extras for a work out video. The blonde defiantly lifts weights and most likely bulked up first to get the way she looks now. To get "bulky" muscles Ripped in 30 isn't going to be the way to go to get there. \

    Don't forget they recommend what using 3lb weights? Not a big muscle builder there =)
