Just popping in to see what others are using and seeing results with. Fyi- I'm referring to supplements used while on a muscle building quest, not diet pills and other phoney-boloney stuff.

Personally I use-

Before workout:
C4 pink lemonade pre-workout
ON whey mocha cappuccino (with water)

After workout:
ON whey again (with unsweetened vanilla almond milk this time. can't handle milk before working out)
ON fishie oil
ON opti-woman multi
Calcium (I'm on the depo shot- need to prevent that darn osteoporosis)

With dinner:
ON fishie oil again

    I know what you mean! Here's mine.

    Before Workout:
    2 BCAA
    2 Multi (equal to one serving)
    1 Glucosamine

    After Workout:
    2 BCAA
    2 CLA
    1 Fish Oil

    Afternoon:
    2 CLA
    1 Glucosamine

    Evening:
    2 CLA
    1 Glucosamine
    2 Fish Oil
    3 Biotin

    Have you noticed anything with the CLA? I used to take it... have about a half bottle left. Dunno if it was actually doing anything

    I don't know if I could remember to take all those!!!

    I barely remember to take my anti seizure medication and I haave an alarm on my phone to remind me to take it. Plus my husband to remind me too....

    Well, I've only been taking it for a few weeks, I have noticed that it cleans out my system, but some days I also feel like it makes me bloated. Ugh. I'm going to give it a few months at least, hopefully it will bring down my body fat % a bit, we'll see what happens :)

    I take supplements for migraine management:

    Magnesium 600mg
    B2 400mg
    Women's multi without Iron
    Flax Seed Oil

    Then part of the month
    Vitex (Chaste Tree)
    Dong Quai with royal jelly

    I am adding for a skin issue
    Omega 3 Fish Oil
    Milk Thistle

    I don't actually take anything specific to build muscle...just lots of raw vegetables and fruits.
