4 Layer Dessert

1 cup flour 1/2 cup finely chopped PLANTERS Slivered Almonds
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine, melted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping, divided
3 cups fat-free milk
2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling, any flavor
PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Mix flour, almonds and margarine until well blended. (Mixture will be crumbly.) Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake 15 min. or until lightly browned. Cool.
BEAT cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spread onto crust.
POUR milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. Spread over cream cheese mixture; cover with remaining 1 cup whipped topping. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
I made this a while ago and OMG is it good. I couldnt find slivered almonds so I just bought whole ones and chopped them this took about forever lol but its ok it worked out.
I also didnt have 2 of the same sugar free instant puddings so I used one vanilla and one cheescake. (i didnt even know they made cheesecake instant jello my room mate bought it) But I would HIGHLY advise using those 2 puddings they made it soooooo good. Everyone who tried it loved it. Me and my bestfriend actually became a little addicted to it. lol

And it only looks time consuming but besides the almonds for me it was a breeze took less than 10 min to put together and put it in the fridge.0
