just a quick question , with winter heading our way and weather getting colder do you increase your calories ?

I feel like, with the modern convenience of central heat, it really isn't necessary. Unless you're out in the snowy wilderness for long periods of time and need to keep warm, you probably don't need to eat a higher number of calories.0

well we in switerzland start eating fondue a lot, which is reallllyy greasy
but we ski in exchange!0 -

Then you go into starvation mode for the winter0 -

Not on purpose, but the cold weather and comfort foods tend to make it work out that way.0
