HIPPIE CHICKS UNITE!

I know I'm not the only one out there...

Essential oils, ground flax, apple cider vinegar....

What are your "crunchy" tips for loosing weight?

    Hey there!

I never used to really consider myself a hippie chick until a started having friends and family point it out...i only use homemade soaps, shampoos, deodorants, etc.

My only "crunchy" tip for losing weight would be to keep it clean, and cut out all processed junk if you don't already (Check out books by Michael Pollan and Tosca Reno) .
Focus on portion control, and getting a decent amount of exercise every day :)

ETA: chia seeds in your oatmeals and yogurts, natural nut butters (so many to choose from), organic fruits & veggies, free-run organic eggs, water water water!

    Hi!

    To answer your question...

    PB2, both flavors

Hummus with pita chips or veggies

Garden of Life Organic Super Green Food

I find my body responds to weight loss better if I feed it right. It's not about being a "Hippie" the word itself has a different meaning :)

    Have a terrific day!!

    We kindof sorta fit:

We raise our own chickens for eggs and meat. We buy beef locally from a farmer (1/2 cow at a time) - when we can we get grass fed hormone free beef.

We raise some fruits and veggies, but I'm a terrible gardener, so we also buy what we can at Farmer's Markets.

We buy home made soap/lip balms from a local lady. I make my own laundry soap. I use almond oil and coconut oil for moisturizers.

However I still drink diet coke and coffee with non-dairy ff creamer :)
  • YAY! Chia seeds are the best and Organic coconut oil is a cure all!
