Losing with an Injury

I'm needing some advice/encouragement. I started this journey about 4 weeks ago. I've been losing a little weight (down 5 lbs) and several inches by logging calories and exercising. Last week, I redislocated my tailbone (I dislocated it during the birth of my daughter 11 months ago). I'm seeing a chiropractor for treatment and have gotten relief from the worst of the pain, but she wants me to avoid any exercise except slow walking and light stretching for four weeks to give my muscles a chance to heal and support my tailbone. I'm still breastfeeding my daughter which leaves me hungry a lot of the time but my alloted calories have decreased because my level of activity has gone down. I don't want my weight loss to stop or reverse during this time, but I'm not quite sure what to do to avoid that. Any tips or success stories of people who have continued to lose in spite of an injury setback?
