18lb to go! Need help

So I'm in my last 18lb stretch and am stuggling. I have varied my diet and workout to try and trick my body into losing more weight. My calorie intake is 1200. i exercise 30-45min 5 days a week. Some days i do double workouts. My body type is changing and i am alot more toned, but i have gone 2 months almost with losing only 2lb total. I was hoping to lose this last 18lb by Jan 1, but i dont think i can get there now. Any tips?
