New girl here!

Hey all! So I just joined on Sunday when I stumbled across the app on my phone for this program. I won't lie, I'm a little nervous about this whole process, as for the first time in my life I'm a little on the chunkier side. I've always been super active and really into fitness and still do go to the gym when I can, and am honestly at a bit of a loss as to how I managed to gain the weight I did (other than from the in-laws yummyyy food!) I guess I'm trying to get my life on track right now in many ways and am wondering if anyone else out there is in a similar situation?

I would lovee to have some people to talk with through this process!
