So far I am doing great with my weight loss, just by changing my diet I have lost 13lbs! But I know I need more exercise to keep toning and feeling better, but my schedule is pack and my evenings off I am exhausted or I need to prep food or go grocery shopping heres my schedule tell me what you think I can do to make this work! Fyi I do competitively figure skate so I get some exercise there too but its inconsistent as to how intense we are day to day.

Sunday

10:15am - 1:30pm Coaching
2:00pm home usually take a nap
4:30pm leave for skating
6:00pm - 10:00pm off and on ice training for skating
11:00pmish home to bed

Monday

9:00am-5:00pm work

evening off, usually prepare food or go grocery shopping

Tuesday

9:00am-5:00pm work
5:00pm leave for skating
6:00pm - 9:00pm off and on ice skating
10:00pmish home to bed

Wednesday

9:00am-4:30pm work
5:00pm - 6:00pm coaching
6:30 - home date night with bf (usually watch tv together use to go to movies but the popcorn is too big of a craving)
I have fit in some small amounts of skipping on wednesdays however I am so unmotivated and because my bf is off work earlier than me he is at my house before I get home!

Thursday

9:00am-4:00pm work
4:30pm-7:00pm coaching
7:00pm - 10:00pm on and off ice skating
10:30pmish home to bed

Friday

9:00am-2:30pm work
2:30 - grocery shopping then home to prep food for the week. I could fit something in here but I'm just soooo exhausted I lack the motivation! and I really wanna prep food on fridays its hard too on saturday and sundays

Saturday

11:15am - 2:00pm Coaching
then I have free time again, but again exhausted and trying to get my motivation back.

So I have times but I have nothing planned and I am very unmotivated to do anything.
Any suggestions?? Motivation?? how to not get soooo exhausted all the time??

Thanks

You have plenty of time in the morning all week.

I start work at 6:45 am to 7:00 am and go to the gym before that... I also go to bed roughly around when you do.

So... wake up earlier, go to the gym, go home and get ready, go to work, viola.

Choose a weight lifting program designed for a quick session. Strong Lifts 5X5 is a good example.
