    My daughter is almost 7 and we are getting her a Kindle Fire.

    (She is already a voracious reader, her school constantly sends us educational websites, and she is very tech savvy. I would rather pay more for a function tablet device that she will be able to use for a few years than buy any of the kid-oriented devices. They really aren't that great and she has never been thrilled with them.)

    Otherwise, she'll get a few toys, a few clothes, and a new suitcase for a spring trip we're taking.

    I have a almost 5 year old and she is getting a dora links doll, wac a mole, play doh candy machine, some Innotab games, maybe a scooter, etc. haha I know it is just gonna get more expensive and less stuff in the future :P

    My son is 5 months (he'll be just shy of 7 months for Christmas) so he's getting my boobs, as he gets every day. I'll probably also get him a few books and add a chunk of $$ into his savings account.
