    Things I use every day:
    MFP
    Scale
    Food scale & measuring cups
    Treadmill (well....every other day)
    Water bottle
    Thermal lunch bag

    My Heart rate monitor and my weight gloves (keep the hands callus free) are a MUST
    i guesstimate on my food measurements now though, always as honest as possible because cheating only cheats me :)
