Newb here

Hello everyone! My name is Rudy and I just started dieting last week. So far I've been hanging in there but, I'm getting bored of eating the same meals every day. In the mornings I have a bowl of oatmeal, at lunch I have a grilled chicken breast w/ veggies, and at dinner I have a grilled chicken breast w/ veggies (or tuna sandwich). I also have 2 pieces of fruit through out the day. My work is desk related so my physical activity is low I do however use my treadmill when I get home. My goal is to lose 70 more pounds (down 9 pounds already).
