Not really new to MFP, but new to forums

Been on here a while as I have been trying to maintain / loose weight for the past 7 years. Everytime i drop of the bandwagon I end up back on here with 20-30lbs to loose.

Started a while back up at 208 and am now down to 200.8 today, goal is to get back down to 175-180. My doctor is happy with me around that since I am a very large framed curvy girl the "ideal" 155 for someone 5'7" is too small for me.

I am looking for friends who will pop in and say hi. I am not a gym rat, I am a nanny for 3 little girls so I get my movement in with them throughout the day. My main goal on here is keeping my calories in within control.
