I have a disability that makes exercise very difficult. Getting around is hard and I'm not supposed to over-exert myself. Does anyone have any tips or ideas to get some exercise in?

I have lupus, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and chronic migraine. I walk and do pilates. The pilates seems to help with pain an I have been able to build up my walking. Now I can walk almost 3 hours. When I started it was 20 minutes. Just start with whatever you can do. Anything is better than nothing.0

You tube has lots of chair exercise videos that should be doable.0
