So I started Febuary 18th 2010 this journey and life changing event that I thought would be easier boy was I mistaken. This has been a B*^&# but worth it. I am actually working through a pretty big regain about 20 lbs(I am down 5 of that) I started out at 271 lbs I am 202 lbs now. It makes me sick to think I was even less but I think back and think how I got to be less. I was sick as a dog not eating the right way working out when I shouldn't have been. I had a tummy tuck 7 months go due to the loose skin that I had and scare tissue. I was down to 185 3 months after surgery. Either way that is no excuse to gain that back and I am working to lose it again then some. I had a goal in mind of 150 but I am only 4'11 so I would love to go smaller. I went from a size 24 to a size 11/12. MFP has been so helpful when I have gone nuts and reading everyone's positive comments, feed backs and just encouraging spirits has been great. *edit*Hmm not sure how to do the links I must be missing something LOL I will fix it.
