Breading ir crusting ideas for fish
I'm pretty fussy when it comes to how I eat fish. I like some type of breading or a thick chunky glaze of some kind. For example, I had halibut one time with pineapple, mango, glaze/salsa, walnut crusted fish etc...
I like lemon, onions, garlic, etc.... pretty standard but I love flavors and am open to try new things.
I have flounder at home already. Does anyone have any recipes for fish that I can try tonight?
