So over the past 2 years I've been learning to cook (never had the time before), just stopped at sobeys and they had an awesome deal for boneless pork loin roast! Anyone have an easy recipe? Never cooked a roast before but I'm willing to try :happy:

ps- bonus if it's low calorie recipe! :smile:

    Toss your roast into a crockpot, put 1/2 cup brown sugar and a bottle of Pace picante sauce (I prefer medium), cook on low for 8-10 hours. Shred this with forks and eat.

    As an optional step, if you are feeling adventurous, you can season (Salt, pepper, & herbs) the roast and sear it on each side before putting it in the crockpot.

    Put roast in roasting pan. Slice some onions over the top. Smush a can of 98% fat-free cream of chicken, mushroom, whatever soup over the top (no water). Roast at 375 until done (depends on the size of your roast).
