I'm back! Need to refocus and work on maintaining.

Hello everyone! Here's a bit of information about me...
In April 2010 I weighed 165. I joined MFP in Aug 2010 weighing 160. In April 2011 I met my goal of 140 and have been happily living the life of a NORMAL body weight woman since April 2011.
Recently, I've been slipping back into some bad habits and when I stepped on the scale this morning I weighed in at 146.
I know that six pounds is not a HUGE deal, but my jeans are a bit tight and I just want to get back to where I was before things start to get out of control. I don't want to be overweight again! So, I'm back to logging my food, trying to cut out the junk, and keeping up with the exercise.
Thanks for "listening." I tend to be a fairly "quiet" member but I have always appreciated the support here.
