Exercise/calories used

I am really getting into using this app, but I do find it confusing ab out how many calories I burn every day.

Treadmill - 15 mins 150 calories used - no matter how fast or slow I go

Stationary trim bike - no resistance at all average speed - 1 hours pedalling 631 calories used. Find that hard to believe, so log 252 calories,which is in the database.

Which one is correct tho, it really is a big difference between the 2.

  • I use stuff I find on google to calculate - adding my age and weight into the factor. Unless you're wearing a heart rate monitor it won't ever be spot on but yeah, walking for 15 minutes won't burn that many cals unless it's uphill and you're going super fast.

    Heart rate monitor will help, you can't use the machine numbers.
