I am completely new to this site, i found it from a calorie counting group on facebook!.

Just wanted to say hello as i've NEVER used a message board before.

    its not easy is it lol - everytime i've lost weight in the past i've got pregnant and piled it all back on!!
    Well no more i am going to find the time for myself, and you're right this site is amazing!! just reading other peoples post is helping x
