Hearing a child laugh
The smell of freshly baked bread in a plastic bag.
The feel of that bread in the bag. (ooh I love squishing and smelling it!) lol
The feel of grass between my toes
Hugs
Music - especially multi-part harmonies - even ones with dissonance that eventually resolve.
People who set their mind to achieve that which seems impossible
Seeing an old couple holding hands and laughing
Babies - of (mostly) all types - human, animal, reptilian
People who look to the good in others.

Cheering people up. As opposed to one poster in the 'hate' thread that goes berserk when people tell him to have a nice day, I tell everyone I interact with to either have a nice day, or have a great day, or have a wonderful day.
Engaging cashiers in conversation ... many are surprised, and I hope the pleasant exchange makes their day.
