Splitting up your daily exercise

I do cardio 50 minutes each day...
I have the day off today and I am beat. I was wondering, does it really matter if I split up my cardio (25min midday, then 25min tonight)?
Should I tack on an extra minute to allow for the now 4 warm up and cool downs when splitting it into two sessions when it was only 2 warm up and cool downs?
thanks

Splitting up for work outs is fine. count all your minutes, it's exercise.0
