I feel "bulky" after starting Insanity

So I have only done Insanity for 2 days, so I know I shouldn't expect results...except for sore muscles, of course:) But this morning while getting ready for work I felt so bloated and just gross "bulky" ...not really muscular bulky...just more bloated. Anyway, I am wondering if anyone else has felt this? I know muscles can retain water, etc. and maybe that's all it is. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this with a new work out.
