Beach Body Turbo Fire Question

...I just started Turbo Fire on Monday and have switched the day off to either Friday or Saturday depending on my week and activities.
But what happens if say I want to swap the Thursday Fire 55 EZ workout and do it Wed instead and do Wed Fire 30/Stretch 10 on Thursday. Is that okay? I would make sure I didn't do the same workout twice in a row to make this work though. Some of my mornings are more hectic and a shorter workout would work better.
I like the program, I can't keep up yet, but I try to keep moving. I'm hoping the keeping up will come with time!

You will prob get different answers on this, but I think you are fine to move workouts around as long as you don't CONSISTANTLY think you need the shorter workout. Doing the 40 minute workout everyday bc that's all you have time for wouldn't be good bc you would be working the same muscles everyday.0

Do what is going to work for you. If switching it up helps you to complete it everyday, then do that.
There's no point in for example, skipping days/workouts because you can't fit it in, or you don't feel up to it
Point is, to just DO a workout, so work with your schedule & make the best of it.
Just keep moving0 -
Agree with the others, should be okay. I've done a similar thing with P90x while doing it. I couldn't fit yoga in during the week, so I switched it to a weekend day and did another cardio day.
I'm in week 2 of turbofire and am LOVING it! So different than insanity and p90x. I also like that there are shorter workouts that I can add if I have extra time.0 -
Thank you all so much. That's what I was hoping to hear. I would like to move the Fire 55 to the weekends just due to time constraints during the week.0

I always switch my workouts around (on the weekends) because on Fridays, I like to go out for dinner & have drinks. So I always take the heavier cardio from Saturday and switch it with the lifting from Friday, that way I have a higher calorie allowance
I'm heading into week 9 next week and it's done me well so farno complaints!
