dont fear thanksgiving!

alright i know with thanksgiving coming up alot of people on here (me included) are a little worried about destroying their diet so i have a few tips for everyone


1. dont skip breakfast!!- make sure you at least eat something for breakfast maybe one of those 100 calorie greek yogurts and a banana, this will give your metabolism a good boost to start the day and doesnt add many calorie

2. exercise early in the day- another thing that will boost you metabolism, preferably cardio that will start your body to burn calories so its prepared for all that you eat

3. eat an apple. about a half an hour before you start your thanksgiving meal eat an apple. this will again boost you metabolism (apples are one of the best foods for that) but also it will make you less hungry for when you do start eating so youll want less and be able to keep your diet

4. wait a few hours for desert- i know this sounds like its gonna suck and honestly it does but its worth it. if you wait a few hours it gives your body time to digest what you ate and it will keep your metabolism up, also it makes it so much better when you wait for it!
