I was part of another calorie counter journal before, but found this site a few weeks ago and switched. Before about a month ago, I had never counted calories. I have always been a health nut and exercised somewhat regularly, but have had marginal success with strength training and weight loss. I figure this is worth a try. This site obviously has a lot of members, so it must be good.

Glad to have you here. I was quite surprised when I started counting calories more so how much SODIUM I was taking in. Make sure you have that set so you watch your sodium intake! Christine0
