Last year, shortly after my surgery, (with dr's permission) I started doing yoga. I loved it! The thing is, there are only so many times I can go through the same DVD over and over and over again by myself. I have no one to work out with, so I'm really bored with it. I haven't worked out (not really worked out) in several months. A few jumping jacks or jogging in place now and then. I need some advice on how I can prevent the boredom. I'd really like a workout buddy, but also don't wanna get bored.

Then maybe the answer is to find a workout buddy or join a class, if you're truly motivated boredom is never part of the equation.0
