IIFYM

Does anybody else use IIFYM for either bulking or cutting? I absolutely love it and have shown nothing but great results from it!

    yes... but if u look at my diet log i dont eat a bunch of cookies,juice,ice cream, bacon, cheese, n sh-t all the time cuz it truly f-cks up macros and i want to eat as much volume as i can cuz im a grown man...

    dont want to settle for a big mac and a protein shake a day to fit my macros i would prefer to eat brown rice, broccoli, and chicken breast but im not gonna sweat it if i have a pop tart or two.

  • See, I love the results that you can get from it but I can't stand how I feel eating like that. yes, it's giving me good results but at the same time, you need to worry about micro's and not just macro's. I feel like I get an energy dip using it.

    You aren't required to eat stuff that makes you feel crappy just because you can. You can practice IIFYM and still eat nothing but organic grass fed free range unprocessed whole grain humanely raised uvas no free trade food if that's what you want to do.
