Has anyone done the equate weight-loss shakes from Walmart?
replacing two meals with them. And lost the weight you want?

I have tried shake things like this, yes. The whole replace 2 meals with the shake. I personally couldn't keep it up, simply because I like real food better. You can def. lose weight doing this though.
Nothing in particular is going to make you lose weight though. If this is something you can stick to then go for it. If you have second thoughts then you are better off eating real, whole foods. Sometimes the products are nice to have because they don't take planning and can be used as a quick on the go meal.
If you have any issues with dairy be careful, they gave me terrible gas.0 -
I wouldn't do that but I have shakes when I don't feel like cooking or need I good meal quick it help u stay in track so use it to ur advantage but u might get tired of it if u do that diet0

instead of those ones try just getting muscle milk and mixing a scoop with skim milk as a meal replacement once a day. thats only around 200-250 calories and a nice 35 grams of protien so you wont be hungry my friend does this and it works for him0
