I think it is, there are so many different studies going back and forth on this matter......everything in moderation I say so 1 a day should be fine i think the benefits outweigh the drawbacks

Egg yolks are fine and nutritious.

I personally eat one yolk a day.

You got three replies telling you all the same thing, including one with a link to an article telling you why it's okay. How much more are you looking for in order to feel okay about eating your egg? (not trolling, honest question)

It's perfectly fine to have an egg a day for most people. Eating cholesterol doesn't raise blood cholesterol. The small amount of fat in the yolk is actually good for you. Most of the nutrition of an egg is in the yolk, with the white providing high-quality protein.

It's okay to have one egg a day. It's better to have two or three a day.
