Help on Nightshifts !!

Im starting 12 hour night shifts soon 8pm - 8am. The last lot i did, i could not stop eating to keep me awake and ruined my dieting week. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! Thankyou!

I work night shifts as well. I find if you have already eaten all your calories for the day but get the dreaded eat to stay awake because your body wants to sleep here are a couple things that have helped me: the number one thing is making sure your drinking enough water.. For what ever reason I seemed to lessen my water intake at night, now that I'm more aware and drinking more water I find my body does not go into that mode as often. Chewing gum also helps alot and when all else fails make sure to bring plenty of veggies to snack on if need be that way you won't ruin your eating.0
