New to!

Options
So just started last week with MFP but think its nifty, just wanting some advice on work out tapes. Any one have a opinion on what works best? I belong to a gym but feel like I wanna lose 20 pounds before I even step through the door, lol. Keep in mind I am a BIG girl who sits at a desk so I do not think I could jump in to something like PX90 without having a stroke:)

    Many of us are having great success with Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. There are actually a few discussion boards about it under the Fitness section.

    I won't kid you - it's a *rough* workout, but it REALLY REALLY works! The changes you see in your body - stamina, strength, weight, inches - happen fast and are motivation to keep pushing through it. It's only 25 minutes a day, too, which is always a good thing!
