Hi,
A little bit of background. I began trying to lose weight a year ago, and was doing quite well through diet and exercise. Then in February I was diagnosed with IBS and have been quite ill since. I had to cut dairy, deep fried foods and most alcohol from my diet. Due to illness I've lost 17kgs. Unfortunately, I found that I was able to eat chips/candy fine, so I've lived on these for months. So despite the weight loss, I feel horribly unfit and gross most of the time. I also had to stop the gym due to illness so I'm not toned at all.
So, as of now, I would like to lose 5kgs more, but my main goal is to eat more healthy and do a bit of exercise. I also intend to use the diary to track what reacts well or bad with my stomach.
Wondering if there's anyone else out there in a similar situation, or anyone that just wants a buddy for motivation. Most of all I'm just saying hi
