I've been doing the 30 day shred, and at first i was losing weight consistantly, but now not so much. But what i have been losing is INCHES! And im much toner than i was when i started (the back side of the arm doesnt wiggle quite as much :laugh: ). Does or did anyone else notice this when doing 30DS? Is the slow weight loss due to muscle build?
