dinner

so i had multi grain cereal for breakfast, healthy choice for lunch with a side of chex mix (60% less fat) and a snack blueberry yoplait yogurt/ well my mom is making a big dinner for my sister tonight and well not sure what to do. its not exactly healthy mexican rice, whole beans and steak meat/ not sure what to do it might be rude not to eat. any suggestions on how to make this somewhat healthy/
