    Last night I went for a run in the dark & my husband, who has been warning me about safety alot lately, jumped out of the dark & grabbed me! He was proving a point that having earbuds in & no self defense is a set up for danger. Anyway, I screamed and started punching at him but not until AFTER I hit pause on my Garmin. This one is the best!!!

    I want to create a few t-shirts for a race I have coming up for the girls that I'm running with and I was hoping to get some of your favorite running slogans if you are a runner.

    I was hoping to have the slogan on the back of the shirts so while we pass people (:bigsmile: ) they will get a laugh.
