  • I have seen a bigger difference since drinking the green tea and eating clean, im making sure im drinking plenty (will i still lose water weight? is this something i want to lose?)

  • Hi here's an update, I went and got weighed on the machine (in boots) and it says i have lost 7lbs which takes me to 14lbs in total, Ive now synced these with the ones at home and i will hopefully get a truer reading. (my mum still weighed the same on all of them?? strange) but i am glad its half of what i thought i got in to a fluster with all the 'DANGER' comments lol i'm a drama queen! thanks for all your comments here's to the next lb!! xx

    I would say yes it is, especially if you carried half of that as water weight and by switching into a different mode per se your body becomes tricked from what I understand. Also, the more you weigh the more likely that is to happen. Now, if that happens again next week...I'd be concerend otherwise, great job and be proud of yourself!

    Yes, the first time I did the low carb way of eating I lost big. The first 2wks. I lost 19 pounds and I was OVERJOYED ! It's not going like that this time but I haven't cut carbs completely either. Enjoy your success and let it be the fire underneath you and GO, GO, GO !!!
