Hello ladies. Am on day 3 of the 4HB, I have done a search on this and have read several opinions. It seems women don't loose much on this program. So if u r a female and have done this diet can you pls tell me what your results were and how long it took you to achieve those results.

Pls do not comment if all u have to say is how bad the diet is. I have already seen a lot of that. Thank you.

Don't tell me it's bad because I already know it's bad and I'm going to do it anyway. Gotcha.

I have the book, read the book and decided it wasn't realistic for me...or at least something I haven't tried for what ever reasons I make up in my head, lol. But I am definitely curious to hear about peoples results. Keep us updated :)

Don't know athing about it... but I can tell from the title whatever it is likely will WORK... short term.
Then you will be back to your regular routine.

    Best Diet ever=
Eat fruits & veges, whole grains, lean meats AND EXERCISE.

    Dont eat=
    processed foods & excess sugar.

    Simple?

So I just went to the website, and saw this:
■How to prevent fat gain while bingeing (X-mas, holidays, weekends)
■How to increase fat-loss 300% with a few bags of ice
■How Tim gained 34 pounds of muscle in 28 days, without steroids, and in four hours of total gym time
■How to sleep 2 hours per day and feel fully rested
■How to produce 15-minute female orgasms
■How to triple testosterone and double sperm count
■How to go from running 5 kilometers to 50 kilometers in 12 weeks
    ■How to reverse “permanent” injuries
■How to add 150+ pounds to your lifts in 6 months

All I can say is, If it walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then... :noway:

I've read the book when it came out and also attempted the diet for a couple months. I did not see any significant change in body mass (muscle or fat) and actually found that the binge day that it tells you to do actually set me back more than anything. I eventually gave up on and am now just counting calories and increasing protein and reducing crap carbs.

The one thing that I did find helpful from the diet was the kettlebell swing. Probably one of the better full body exercising I've done. I felt more winded from that than when I do squats.

My boyfriend who I was with at time did see results though - he gained more muscle and he had no issues with his binge day. I think it just goes back to the composition of men and women is very different. I don't recommend it.

I think the fact none of us have heard of it, is a good enough answer... You don't need these fad diets and special ''15 minute workouts'' ... Go for a walk 60 minutes each day and stay under your calories, you're sorted.

AGREED!! Weight loss should not be fast anyways. Leaves you with sagging skin and most of the time a slowed metabolism. There is no quick fix...YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR IT! No miracle pills, no fad diets, and no magic shakes are going to give you real results that will stay. If you sat on your computer long enough to find something "promising" then you have time to work out in my opinion!

Thanks guys for the replies. Sounds like everyone is against the diet. Since am already 4days into it I think I'll finish up this week on the diet and have it jumpstart my weightloss. But thanks guys for the replies- I really appreciate it.

I read the book... If you read the book and came out of it with a shred of respect for the spoiled rich kid that weighs his poo, go for it.
Remember that diets are short term solutions for short term results. Can you stay with that diet forever? Sure then, go for it :)
