Alternate day fasting

I am currently doing this and would like some friends who are doing it as well or would like to. For those who don't know what it is one day you limit yourself to 500/600 cals for women/ men respectively. The next day you eat a normal amount. Then you keep alternating. Friend me if interested.

(&& no this is not unhealthy & doesn't put your body into starvation mode. You eat the same amount of calories throughout the week they are just split up differently. ))

    I would find that very difficult to do.....not for me!
