Think I hurt by abdomen at gym?

Well I was at the gym this morning on the ab crunch machine.. I leaned forward to push my normal weight and it didn't move so I pushed extra hard.. and I think it was too hard. Immediately after I leaned the weight forward it was followed by a bubble like feeling in my abdomen that moved upward towards my chest and I lost my breath. I feel okay right now, just sore.. Has anyone had this happen or do you think I actually hurt myself? Lol thanks!
