I was actually turned on to this site by my soon to be sister-in-law and I love it!
I've tried other cites in the past for logging what I was doing, but their database for foods was extremely limited and it was frustrating.
My goal is to be able to fit in my "skinny jeans". I'm at my heaviest point I have EVER been in my life, and I want to change that.
It's going to be harder for me, I know, because I'm on medications that make me gain weight. Couple that with the fact that I work full time and go to school- doesn't really leave me a lot of time to exercise. I'm hoping that by eating better and at least finding SOME time to squeeze a little exercise in, that maybe I might be able to reach my goal!
Any input would be wonderful!!!
