    Wendy's almond berry chicken salad is my favorite and I love it WITHOUT dressing.

    I never eat out either, but I always loved the chicken blt salad from Wendy's with low fat honey mustard dressing. Very filling!

    Wendy's makes an apple pecan chicken salad that I really like, and I hate salads.

    Love this one, but not the sodium. But it is so tasty and filling.

    i also like the wendy's apple pecan salad. i don't add the pecans and since i don't like cheese, pick that off and no dressing. i usually get the 1/2 size.

    I LOVE the garden salad from McDonalds. I use my own salad dressing that is light but it is very good! And filling.

    I LOVE the Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad from McDonald's & it actually has less calories than the Southwest one without the dressing added, plus it's full of bacon & cheese, yum! I just looked up Wendy's BLT Cobb salad though and now I'm going to have to try that one. :) I had planned to get McD's salad for lunch today but now I'm going to have to see if there's a Wendy's close by. :)
