PLEASE HELP ME

i have been running for a little more then a year and a half and latley my runs have been slow and i dont feel the same well ding them i havnt made any changes to my diet i drink a lot of water any one got any ideas???

It sounds like you're doing distance running (2 miles, 3 miles, etc)? Am I correct? You need to mix it up with some HIIT!

I'm not a running expert by any means, but I would have to agree. Mix things up a bit, add some intervals and add some strength training (heavy free weights).0

Could be you need to take some time off. Definitely agree with the cross training/HITT if you aren't already mixing it up.0

This is true, everytime I hit a rut, I always do some sort of interval training until I get that groove back.0 -
in addition to adding in HIIT, also add in things like hill runs and fartleks0
