Thanksgiving is next week!
While I am SUPER duper excited, I'm also SUPER duper worried about regressing over the break. I'm Jamaican , so we don't have the traditional turkey and stuffing and pecan pie, etc. but we DO have jerk chicken and rice and peas and rum cake and beef patties, etc. so its just as dangerous. I'll be with my family for a week; away from the security blanket I have set up here with healthy foods, healthy snacks, and a gym next door. But enough about my break, the point is:
Does anyone have any tips on how to survive Thanksgiving (or any other holiday for that matter) without basically throwing away all your hard work??
