Take some lowfat cottage cheese, slice up a green apple, sprinkle cinnamon, Nuke for 15 seconds. Awesome. Calories about 90 in a small green apple and 90 in a half cup of lowfat cottage cheese so leaving room for error, about 200 calories.0

I like to get those little 100 calorie packs of craisins. They're good for a sweet craving. Same with the Jello chocolate mousse cups - 60 calories a cup! Special K cracker chips are really good, too.0

I second Skinny Taste. In fact I am making stuffed peppers for dinner right now.

half salt vics popcorn, 90 cal fiber one bars, no sugar strawberry applesauce cups, skinny cow products (give me my chocolate fix)0

300-ish calorie pasta dinner:
1 serving whole grain linguine (or spaghetti, or whatever shape you like)
1 cup torn baby spinach
1 tablespoon of a 50 calorie or less pesto (I think we can't say brand names on here...)
2 tablespoons good quality shredded parmesan or pecorino romano cheese
1) Cook and drain pasta.
2) Place spinach in the same pot and return pasta to pot. Cover for 3 minutes to wilt spinach.
3) Add cheese and pesto and toss everything together.
4) Enjoy!0 -
I have one of those popcorn makers at home and just spray the popcorn with a light spray (olive oil pam) and then sprinkle on hidden valley ranch seasoning.
Air popped popcorn is about 30 cals a cup! and the seasoning is 5 cals for 2 tsp. i believe.. just watch the sodium0 -
carrots
almonds
celery sticks
variety of whole wheat crackers out there, with a wedge of Laughing Cow lite cheese
English muffin with a wee bit of peanut butter
apple
dried apricots (really satisfies that "I must have chocolate now" craving)0
