Should say *lifting for women* should've double checked that lol.
I am on my second round here, the first time I lost 50 pounds in 4 months with just diet and cardio. I took a break to adjust to a new job and gained back 40 pounds in 3 months. So far this time, I've been back for 1 month.
I still like my cardio, simply because I like how I feel after. But I really want to focus on looking sexy this time, I know I can lose the weight, I just need to motivate myself.
My question is this: what should I be focusing on? Any youtube videos you would like to share? I live in a very small town, 45 minutes to the nearest gym and no extra money to visit it. I would really like any ideas you have to share.
this would be my ideal goal:

New Rules of Lifting For Women: Lift like a man, look like a goddess. Get the book, read it, do the workouts.0

With student loans/house bills/food/car/etc, even working 2 jobs, I just don't have the extra money to spend on something like that.
So... any free links would be welcome.0 -

stronglifts.com is free and excellent. While the website is geared toward men, the program is useful for women as well, and there is group here on MFP: Stronglifts for women.
The model in the photo doesn't look like she lifts, tho . . .0 -
While I love new rules of lifting for women, if you can't get to the gym, and don't have the weights at home (i'm assuming here), and can't affford the book, so therefore probably can't afford the weights that may not be the best one. Maybe look for a body weight routine.0

I understand she may not lift, I simply want her general shape and size. if I can be more fit, that's great, but if not, as long as i'm healthy and sexy i'd be fine.
btw the model: alexa vega from spy kids :noway:0 -
