Fitbit

Sorry if this is a repeated question. I just setup my Fitbit One, I am curious as to whether I track my exercise calories or just set my activity to Sedentary and have my Fitbit adjust my calories? I noticed that under Fitbit Calorie Adjustment you can pick a start time for your exercise as well as enter calories burned. Do I do this or no?
