Need female friends in 40's with OPEN diary, please.

Hello ladies,

I am here like you, to lose weight. I find it helpful to see how other people eat and share ideas. I have 15 pounds to lose - not too terribly much, but it's alot on my short 5'1" frame. I WISH I had the motivation to do strength training, but right now I don't. I am trying to drop a few by eating low carbs.

Here are my questions:

1) How many carbs do you eat per day to successfully lose at least 1 lb. a week, if not more?

2) How many grams of sugar?

3) How much dairy are you eating? In what form?
